Flex Media LLC - Studio Flex Terms of Service

Welcome to Flex Media LLC. By booking and using our Studio Flex services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) before the beginning of your appointment.

  • Refunds:

    • Sessions canceled 48 hours or more before the appointment time will receive a full refund.

    • Sessions canceled within 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

    • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will receive no refund.

2. Client Responsibility for Content

  • Pre-Production: Clients are responsible for developing their own scripts, outlines, topics, and creative concepts unless additional pre-production services are purchased from Flex Media LLC.

3. Recording Sessions

  • Content Delivery: The number of videos that can be recorded in a booked Studio Flex session depends solely on the client and their guests' ability to be on camera and deliver their content efficiently.

  • Content Creation: Video content will be live switched* and the final files delivered will be live edited files that will be ready for upload and immediate use, or they can be used to create additional edits in house.

  • *Live Video Switching: our Director uses a video switcher to switch between cameras live so we can eliminate the editing process. These files will not come with graphics, b-roll, music, or sound effects. Those elements can be added on with our services below.

4. Time Management

  • Reasonable Expectations: The amount of content to be captured must be reasonable for the booked time and not exceed the allotted time. Flex Media LLC will not be held responsible for unrealistic client expectations. Clients unsure of what can be accomplished should contact Flex Media LLC prior to booking or at least 48 hours before recording.

5. Licensing and Usage Rights

  • Content License: Flex Media LLC grants the client a one-time, non-transferable license to the content created during their booked session(s) and any additional elected services.

  • Promotional Use: The client grants Flex Media LLC the right to use the final videos or raw video footage in their demo reel to advertise their services unless a written request in email is given to Flex Media LLC that requests not to use their content as promotion.

6. Adherence to Booked Time

  • Session Timing: Clients must adhere to the time they have booked and cannot exceed their allotted time without permission from Flex Media LLC.

    • Extension Policy: If Flex Media LLC does not have another booking immediately after, the client's session may be extended at Flex Media LLC's discretion at a rate of $250 per hour.

    • Scheduled End Time: If an extension is not possible, the session will end promptly at the booked time, and Flex Media LLC will send the client the files created during the session, regardless of their status.

General Terms

  • Agreement to Terms: By booking a session with Flex Media LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

  • Modifications: Flex Media LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
