We want your session to be seamless and your experience stress-free. Our guidelines help us plan your shoot effectively and ensure you retain full rights to your photos. Plus, we’re upfront about everything—giving you control over how your images are used while we focus on delivering headshots you’ll love.

  • Ownership: You own the rights to your photos for personal and professional use. However, by booking a session, you agree that Flex Media may use your headshots for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your session are non-refundable.

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time or rescheduling at the discretion of Flex Media.
